Name of Allah Al-Hakeem

Name of Allah Al-Hakeem (The All-Wise) 

To whom belong all the wisdom, perfection and decree. 

Wisdom is in sayings and deeds, all the sayings and deeds of Allah are wise. Perfection is manifested in His creation, there is neither fault nor disproportion. Decree includes legislative and universal decrees. His laws are just and His decree is wise.
