Name of Allah Al-Haleem

Name of Allah Al-Haleem (The Most Forbearing, The Most Kind and Gentle) 

He does not hasten to wreak vengeance upon the sinners; rather He delays that until an appointed time, and He gave them respite for a certain amount of time.

The servant who has intended a bad deed and has not done it, the angel does not write it down, and if the person does not do it for fearing Allah, the angel writes it down as a full good deed. If the servant does a bad deed, the angel does not write it down for an hour as the servant might repent during that hour, if he does not, the angel writes it down as one bad deed.
